Pay the value of the voucher via bank transfer.

We will promptly send the package with the voucher to your chosen parcel pickup point (Zásilkovna).

How to Redeem the Gift Voucher

To book your stay, please contact us by email at info@ulipyblatiny.cz or by phone at +420 777 717 510.
2.
We will promptly confirm your reservation by email.
3.
Keep the tea box (the gift voucher) safe, or take a photo of it on your phone. The voucher number can be found on the side of the box in a small frame, e.g., 046.

Stays with a gift voucher cannot be booked or paid through our booking system. Reservations for specific dates are only available via email or phone.
Important Information for Recipients
The voucher covers accommodation for two nights, but we will gladly extend your stay by agreement.
Any changes to the reservation must be made at least 14 days in advance; otherwise, a cancellation fee of 100% of the voucher value applies.
The voucher cannot be exchanged for cash, even in the event of cancellation or shortening of the stay.
During your stay, you can use the outdoor sauna (for a fee) and refreshing natural pond.
The U lípy Blatiny estate concept is intended for adults only and does not allow pets.
The voucher is valid until 31 December 2027. Date changes are possible free of charge, but no later than 14 days in advance.
